The app is intended all healthcare professionals in an institution. Clinical researchers (investigators) who are conducting clinical trials and studies, as well as health professionals who can refer patients to these studies. This includes doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
The Eligible 4 app uses advanced encryption and secure protocols to protect all user and patient data. We comply with all relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR and HIPAA, to ensure patient confidentiality and data security. For the time being Eligible 4 only connects referrals to investigators. All data will be kept in your institution's EHR. We have applied for GDPR and HIPAA certification and data handling will only be possible after this.
Once logged in you can submit a trial from the menu. Fill out the required fields, including study description, entry and exclusion criteria, and any other relevant details. Administrators can then aprove and fill out the missing details for your trial to be listed.
Use the app's built-in promotional tools to share your study with relevant health professionals. In some subscription plans the administrator can select your trial for external sharing make it available for referral from any institution in the country and world region.
Health professionals earn points for each valid patient referral. These points can be redeemed for various rewards according to your institution engangement politics. We are partnering with the pharmaceutical industry to provide adicional rewards.
We organized different regions according to proximity. Portugal for example is located in 3 regions: Iberian Peninsula, South Europe and West Europe.
